Emblem

Selection Process

  • 2005.08.24--The selection campaign for the emblem of College began.
  • 2005.10.31--The primaries voted by the staff and students of the College, and the top six works were selected to enter the semifinal election..
  • 2005.11.14--The full-time teachers of the College faculty selected the top four works to enter the final election.
  • 2005.12.22--The final election, one of the works was selected as the emblem of the College.

Design Concept

The logo is designed with "S" as the main body. "S" stands for the study of modern biotechnology in marine-related science.

The fish on the right represents the constantly improved expertises and abilities.

The blue color represents species-rich and diverse marine ecosystems.
