Teachers’ expertise to the College can cover the field of development, such as (1) physiology and biodiversity of aquatic animals, (2) fish and shellfish pathology, (3) environmental adaptation and endocrine regulation, (4) marine biotechnology, (5) aquaculture, (6) food science, food processing and food safety, (7) resource utilization and development of marine active substances.
On top of that, the College provided Biotechnology Education and Research Center, Terrestrial Animal Experimental Center, Aquatic Animal Center, and Center for Electron Microscopy. Otherwise, it also provided industrial service units such as Food Industry Research and Service Center, Traceability Certification and Inspection Center.
