以上獎學金（教育部及國科會）續補助資格：
- 每學年總成績平均80分以上，無成績者應說明理由。
- 於獎勵第1年7月31日前，以第一作者或責任作者參加1次國際學術研討會並口頭發表論文。
- 於獎勵第2年7月31日前，以第一作者或責任作者發表1篇論文（或提供接受證明）於SCI或SCIE期刊。
- 每年8月評量報告時，口頭報告須全程使用英文。
To be eligible to continue receiving the scholarship, awardee must compliance the following criteria:
- The average grade point for each academic year must be 80 or above. If there are no academic year grades, please explain the reason.
- During the first year of receiving the scholarship, the awardees must have oral presented papers at one international conference as the first author corresponding author.
- The 2nd award year, as the first author or corresponding author, publish one thesis (or provide acceptance proof) in SCI, SSCI Journal.
- In the annual assessment report in August, oral presentations must be given entirely in English.
