主旨：Online event in English: "Animal Handling and Welfare for International Students".

說明：

1. In order to enhance the awareness and practical understanding of animal care and welfare among foreign students in Taiwan, the Society is organizing an all-English online event: "Animal Handling and Welfare for International Students". The content covers animal behavior observation, safe operation principles and international animal welfare concepts, hoping to help foreign students establish correct and practical knowledge of animal interaction.
